A delicately carved mother-of-pearl Chinese gambling counter is the centerpiece of this amazing estate necklace! The hand carved counter is set in a 14k yellow gold bezel and safely suspended by ten strands of freshwater pearls. A mabe pearl accents the center of the counter to complete the look.
