Pantone announces the top 10 shades it predicts will be hot for the fall. According to Pantone's Executive Director, Leatrice Eiseman, "The fall 2013 palette allows for versatility and experimentation. Just as the leaves change in autumn, the consumer will enjoy the ability to change their 'look' and try a new approach to their wardrobe for brisk days ahead." So what are the colors to look out for?
